(1) All or some of the powers vested in the Assembly in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act may be delegated to the Academic Council, Executive Council, Resource Council, Campus, Faculty, Service Commission, any officer. , may delegate to the academic council or any committee, sub-committee or task force formed in accordance with this Act.
